General Terms on the Return Policy of the LEDONE ECO Connected Website

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, no refund and/or exchange will be offered.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• • The item must be in its original packaging.

• • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges

3. Exempt Goods

The following goods are exempt from refunds:

4. Partial Returns

• • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

• • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
